Balsamic Peach and Pepper Kebobs

Sweet and Sultry

1   Red Pepper
1   Orange Pepper
1   Red Onion
2   Peaches
0.25 cup 60 ml   Balsamic Vinegar
0.25 cup 60 ml   Olive Oil
2 tbsp 30 ml   White Wine
0.5 tsp 2 ml   each, Sea Salt and Pepper
1. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, wine, salt and pepper. Wash and slice the peppers, onion and peaches into large, square chunks, and marinate in the balsamic mixture for an hour, up to three or four.

2. Skewer the veggies and peaches onto metal or bamboo skewers (if bamboo, make sure they've been soaked in water to ensure they don't burn.) Heat the barbeque, and cook the kebobs for about 5-7 minutes per side. Sweet, amazing, delicious...
