Bella Pizza Crust

Cheaper than take-out

0.75 cups 175 ml   warm water
1 tbsp 1 pkg   active dry yeast
1 tsp 5 ml   sugar
1.5 cups 750 ml   all-purpose flour
1.5 tsp 7 ml   salt
1 tbsp 15 ml   oregano
1 tbsp 15 ml   basil
1 tsp 5 ml   parmesan
1 tbsp 15 ml   cornmeal
1.5 tbsp 25 ml   olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 450*F/230*C. Lightly oil a 12"/30cm pizza pan, or round baking tin.

2. In small bowl mix warm water, yeast and sugar together. Let yeast do its thing for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine flour, salt, spices, parmesan, cornmeal. Add yeast and olive oil. Combine

3. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth about 10 minutes. Roll dough into a circle to fit pan. Crimp edges. Add chosen toppings. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
