Bitchin' Barbeque Sauce

The title says it all.

2 tbsp 30 ml   butter
1 cup 250 ml   molasses
1   onion, diced
0.75 cup 175 ml   ketchup
2 cloves   garlic, minced
2 tsp 10 ml   chili powder
2 tsp 10 ml   cayenne pepper
2 tsp 10 ml   black pepper
0.5 cup 125 ml   orange juice
1 tsp 10 ml   dijon mustard
2 tbsp 30 ml   cider vinegar
1 tsp 10 ml   worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp 30 ml   olive oil
1. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

2. Combine orange juice, vinegar and oil in blender until smooth. Add blender ingrediants and all other ingrediants to onion and garlic. Heat until boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Let sauce cool. Can be stored in containers in fridge and/or freezer, or made in larger quantites and canned. Delicious with barbequed meats.
