Bleu Stuffed Burgers

1. Finely chop the green onions, and mix together in a large bowl with the breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper and ground beef. Form the beef into eight thin patties. On a clear surface, lay four of the patties out. Top with a couple tablespoonfuls of bleu cheese, then cover with another thin patty. Form the patties together with your hands until it is a secure and rounded hamburger patty. 2. Grill the bleu cheese hamburgers over high grill heat until juicy, tender, and cooked throughout. Serve on a toasted bun with tomatoes, onions, lettuceand grainy mustard.
