Brown Butter Green Beans

3 tbsp 45 ml   Butter
3 cups 750 ml   Green Beans
0.5 cup 125 ml   Flaked Almonds
  Salt and pepper
1. Melt butter in a large skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and stir for about a minute until butter is bubbling and turning brown.

2. Wash and stem the green beans. Add the green beans and almonds to the skillet with the brown butter, and steam until beans are tender... about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
