Butter Steamed Cabbage

Buttery, deliciousness

0.5   Green Cabbage
2 tbsp 30 ml   Butter
  Salt and Pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 375*F. Cut the half a cabbage into four quarters, and place into into a baking dish. The cabbage should be snug in the dish. Dollop the butter over the cabbage. Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper. Finally, add half a cup of water to the dish. Bake the cabbage for 20 ish minutes.

2. The butter transforms the cabbage into a wonderful, soft, delicious and tender side dish.
