Butter Tarts

1. Mix together the flour and the sugar and cut in the margerine using a pastry blender, until its in small 'pea' sized pieces. Roll the dough out fairly thin, and spread/press the dough into small greased muffin tins or tart tins and bake in a 350 F degree oven for 12 minutes. 2. Beat the eggs until frothy. Stir in the brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla, oatmeal, raisins and nuts. 3. Pour the mixture into the semi-baked tart shells and bake for 20 minutes.
