Cheesy Baked Potatoes

Cheese Madness.

4 4   potatoes
2 tsp 10 ml   salt
3 tbsp 45 ml   butter, melted
1 tbsp 15 ml   chives
1 tbsp 15 ml   parsley
4 tbsp 50 ml   cheddar cheese
2 tbsp 30 ml   parmesan
2 tbsp 30 ml   mozzarella
1. Scrub potatoes, then chop potatoes into slices but not all the way through. Place spuds in pan and fan them out.

2. Sprinkle spuds with salt and herbs, then drizzle with butter. Bake taters at 425*F for about an hour.

3. Sprinkle potatoes with cheeses then bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted, and spuds are tender.
