Cherry Clafoutis

1. Wash and pit the cherries, and line them on the bottom of a greased pie dish. Sift the flour and sugar together, then add the eggs and whisk until smooth. 2. Stir in the milk, cream and melted butter and mix until combined. Pour the batter over the cherries, and place in the oven. 3. Bake the clafoutis for 30-40 minutes, until a knife or skewer comes out clean. Dust lightly with icing sugar before serving.
