Chicken Fried Steak

2   Round Steaks, tenderized
0.5 cup 125 ml   Flour
1 tsp 5 ml   each, Salt and Pepper
2   Eggs
2 tbsp 30 ml   Cream
2 tbsp 30 ml   Vegetable Oil
2 cup 500 ml   Bread Crumbs
1. Mix the flour, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper together, and set aside. Whisk the eggs and the cream together in a shallow dish.

2. Heat the oil in heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat. Dip the steaks in the egg mixture, then into the flour-breadcrumb mix, make sure the beef is fully covered.

3. Fry steaks for 2 minutes on each side, until it's browned. Turn the burner heat down to medium-low and cook covered for another 15 minutes. The steaks should be well done, but not dry. Serve with grits, steamed greens and a hunk o' cornbread. Ain't nothing wrong with that.
