Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1. Preheat oven to 325 F 2. Cream together the butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk in a large bowl until smooth. 3. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and powder, and cinnamon, and gradually beat it into the wet mixture. 4. Wash and grate the zucchini. Stir the zucchini and chocolate chips into the cake mixture. Pour the batter into a greased bundt or angel food cake pan, and bake for 45 minutes.
