Cinnamon Apple Rings

2 tbsp 30 ml   butter or lard
2 2 2 2   Green cooking apples, sliced in rings
0.3 cup 75 ml   sugar
2 tbsp 30 ml   brown sugar
1 tbsp 15 ml   cinnamon
1. Melt butter/lard into a large skillet with room to hold apple rings in single layer. Heat to medium hot. Add the rings and cook for about two minutes, one side.

2. Mix the sugars and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over the slices than flip. Cook for another 2 minutes until sugar has caramelized and apples are golden. Serve hot.
