Cinnamon Apple Rings

1. Melt butter/lard into a large skillet with room to hold apple rings in single layer. Heat to medium hot. Add the rings and cook for about two minutes, one side. 2. Mix the sugars and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over the slices than flip. Cook for another 2 minutes until sugar has caramelized and apples are golden. Serve hot.
