Classic Apple Crisp

1. Preheat oven to 375* F. Peel and core all apples. Cut into medium sized slices. 2. Stir Oatmeal, Flour, and Brown Sugar together. Cut in soft butter or margerine until it is in small pea sized pieces. 3. Place apple slices in large casserole dish. Sprinkle with Cinnamon, and Nutmeg. Toss to coat evenly. 4. Place dish in oven and bake for 45-55 minutes, until apples are mushy, and topping is brown.
