White Vinegar |
| 0.3 cup |

Eggs |

Jalapenos, diced (optional) |

1. Set oven temperature to 400 F. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
2. Measure milk in a measuring cup and stir in vinegar. Let this stand for 5 minutes then stir into dry ingredients
3. Beat in oil and eggs, and blend until all incorporated. If adding the jalapenos, stir them in last.
4. Pour into greased muffin tins or loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes.
