Dijon Chicken

1. Saute garlic and green onions in olive oil in skillet. Sauce chicken breasts with mustard, then saute in olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes. 2. Flip breasts, wine and chicken broth. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer, reduce heat, about 10 minutes. 3. Remove breasts and set aside. Add cream to pan and bring to a boil, stir until sauce is slightly thick in consistency. Season with salt and pepper, ladle over chicken and serve.
