Dill Bread


Positively Addictive.

Ingredients
2.5 cups 625 ml   flour
0.25 cup 50 ml   sugar
1 tbsp 15 ml   baking powder
2 tsp 10 ml   salt
1 cup 250 ml   fresh dill, chopped
2 tsp 10 ml   dried dill
1 tsp 5 ml   lemon zest
1.25 cups 300 ml   milk
0.25 cup 50 ml   vegetable oil
1 1   egg
 
1. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, both dill and zest. In separate bowl combine milk, oil and egg, stir into flour mixture, until well blended.

2. Preheat oven to 300*F/150*C. Pour batter into a greased loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan slightly.
