Dill Bread

1. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, both dill and zest. In separate bowl combine milk, oil and egg, stir into flour mixture, until well blended. 2. Preheat oven to 300*F/150*C. Pour batter into a greased loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan slightly.
