Fall off the Bone Lamb

Classic Elegance

4 small   Lamb chops
1 cup 250 ml   Red Wine
2 tbsp 30 ml   Olive Oil
1   White Onion
2   Garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp 15 ml   Rosemary (or a large sprig)

1. Heat oven to 350 F or crock pot to high.

2. Pierce lamb in several places and put in oiled pan or crock pot.

3. Douse lamb with wine and olive oil, and swish around so its all covered. Cover lamb with chopped garlic.

4. Chop onion finely and sprinkle onion and rosemary around lamb.

5. Bake in roasting dish in a 375 degree oven for 1.5 hours, or all day in a crockpot.
