Garden Chicken Burgers


Healthy and Succulent

Ingredients
3 cups 750 ml   Ground Chicken
0.5 cup 125 ml   Red Pepper, diced
0.25 cup 60 ml   Red Onion, diced
0.25 cup 60 ml   Parsley
2   Garlic Cloves
1 tsp 5 ml   Hot Sauce
1 cup 250 ml   Bread Crumbs
1   Egg
 
1. Wash and finely dice the red pepper and red onion. Likewise, finely chop the parsley and mince the garlic. Mix the ground chicken with the vegetables, hot sauce, bread crumbs and egg. Add a dash of salt and pepper.

2. Form the mixture into 4 or 5 burger patties. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, flipping once half way through. Alternately, grill on a well heated BBQ, or fry in a heated skillet with a little oil.

3. Serve on nice toasty buns with lettuce, tomato, grainy mustard and red onions.
