Garlicky Salmon

Garlic and Dill and Salmon, oh my!

1   Salmon, filleted
2 tbsp   chopped fresh dill
1   lemon
3 tbsp   butter
5 cloves   minced garlic
pinch   salt and pepper
1. Mix the butter with the minced garlic, chopped dill, salt and butter. Let flavours combine. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon, let absorb.

2. Place the salmon flesh side up in double wrapped aluminum foil. Spread the butter mixture all over, until salmon is covered. Close the foil over the salmon and place on preheated grill for about 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is flaky.

Easy, delicious barbequed salmon, perfect for a balmy summer evening.
