Gelato Shooters


Icy refresher

Ingredients
2   Small scoops Lemon Gelato
4 oz   Gin
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice, or lemonade
  Soda
  Mint
 
1. Spoon a small scoop of lemon gelato (or sorbet) into 2 champagne flutes, or small tumblers. Fill with each glass with 2 oz of gin, and then top the glass off with freshly squeezed lemon juice (or lemonade if a sweeter drink is prefered) and a splash of soda. Garnish with a mint leaf.

2. Lovely with other gelato flavours as well.
