Ginger Glazed Salmon

1 tbsp 15 ml   Butter
1 tbsp 15 ml   Brown Sugar
1 tbsp 15 ml   Honey
2 tbsp 30 ml   Soy Sauce
3 tbsp 45 ml   Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp 15 ml   Olive Oil
2 tbsp 30 ml   Ginger, grated.
2 tbsp 30 ml   Lime Juice
3 tbsp 30 ml   Orange juice, and zest
3   large Salmon fillets
1. Melt butter, sugar, and honey together in a frying pan over medium heat. Remove from heat and add in the soy sauce, mustard, oil, orange juice, zest and ginger. Let cool.

2. Place Salmon fillets on foil to make grilling easier, and place in a large pan.

3. Spoon marinade evenly oven salmon. Cook salmon on a grill for 20-30 minutes (or until done, depending on thickness). Before serving spritz salmon with lime juice.

4. Failing having a BBQ, this works equally as well in the oven. Bake the fish for around 30 minutes at 375 F.
