Ginger Glazed Salmon

1. Melt butter, sugar, and honey together in a frying pan over medium heat. Remove from heat and add in the soy sauce, mustard, oil, orange juice, zest and ginger. Let cool. 2. Place Salmon fillets on foil to make grilling easier, and place in a large pan. 3. Spoon marinade evenly oven salmon. Cook salmon on a grill for 20-30 minutes (or until done, depending on thickness). Before serving spritz salmon with lime juice. 4. Failing having a BBQ, this works equally as well in the oven. Bake the fish for around 30 minutes at 375 F. A dead ringer for the bbq. |
