Grilled Potatoes with Dill

1. Prepare 2 large pieces of tin foil, able to hold potatoes et al. Grease shiny side. Prepare bbq to medium heat. 2. Scrub and dice potatoes. Divide between two foil packages. Sprinkle with onion, dill, garlic, salt, pepper and butter. Loosely close foil around. 3. Grill over medium heat, stirring through once for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
