A Classic

3   Avocados
1   small Onion, grated
3   Garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp 30 ml   Lime Juice (juice from 1/2 lime)
1 tsp 5 ml   Chili Flakes
2 tbsp 30 ml   Mayonnaise
  Salt and Pepper

1. Halve Avocados and scoop flesh into a bowl. Add grated onion, garlic, lime juice, chili flakes, and mayo. Either grind in a blender/food processor until smooth, or mash with a potato masher if coarser guacamole is desired.

2. Season with salt and pepper. And enjoy. Hmmm....
