Herbed Wild Rice

Soft Sophistication

2 cups 500 ml   Wild Rice
3 tbsp 45 ml   Olive Oil
0.25 cup 60 ml   Flat Leaf Parsley
0.25 cup 60 ml   Rosemary
  Salt and Pepper
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Stir in the rice and reduce the heat. Allow the rice to cook simmering for about 40 minutes.

2. Drain the rice and transfer to a serving dish. Stir in the olive oil, and the torn parsley and lightly chopped rosemary. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
