Hot Pepper Teriyaki Chicken


2 tbsp 30 ml   Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp 30 ml   Brown sugar
2 tbsp 30 ml   Chili Flakes
2 tbsp 30 ml   Honey
0.5 cup 125 ml   Soy Sauce
3   Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp 15 ml   Butter
4   Chicken breasts or thighs
0.25 cup 60 ml   Hot pepper jelly
1 tbsp 15 ml   Hoi Sin Sauce
2   Jalapenos chopped
1. Fry the garlic in pan with the butter over medium heat until the garlic is browning and aromatic.

2. Mix all sauces, sugar, and seasonings together in a small bowl, and then stir in the garlic.

3. Stir the chicken into the marinade, and leave in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.

4. Cook the chicken, still in the marinade, in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until done.
