Irish Soda Bread

2 cups 500 ml   Flour
0.5 tsp 2 ml   Salt
1 tsp 5 ml   Baking Soda
1 cup 250 ml   Buttermilk
1. Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and pour in the buttermilk. Mix into a soft dough.

2. Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface and flatten into a round cake. Cut a deep X on the top. Place on a floured pan and bake in a 425*F oven for 30 minutes.
