Irma Vep's Chocolate Dump Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350 F 2. MIx together all the dry ingredients, and gradually beat in margerine and milk. 3. Add eggs on at a time and beat until smooth. Beat in Vanilla. 4. Pour batter into 2 cake tins and bake for 1 hour. While I added the name Irma Vep (one of those weird family jokes...), the name Chocolate Dump Cake pursuaded me to try this.
