Irma Vep's Chocolate Dump Cake

I came for the title, I stayed for the chocolate

2 tsp 12 ml   Vanilla
1.3 cup 320 ml   Margerine
1 tsp 12 ml   Salt
0.75 cup 190 ml   Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
4   Eggs
3 cups 750 ml   Sugar
2 cup 500 ml   Milk
3.5 cups 875 ml   A.P. Flour
1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. MIx together all the dry ingredients, and gradually beat in margerine and milk.

3. Add eggs on at a time and beat until smooth. Beat in Vanilla.

4. Pour batter into 2 cake tins and bake for 1 hour.

While I added the name Irma Vep (one of those weird family jokes...), the name Chocolate Dump Cake pursuaded me to try this. Fantastic all occasioned cake--birthdays, mondays et. al.
