Italian-esque Meatloaf

1. Preheat oven to 375*F. Finely chop the tomatoes, garlic, green onions, parsley and rosemary. 2. Mix the two ground meats, breadcrumbs, eggs, worcheshire sauce, salt, pepper, tomatoes, garlic, green onions, parsley and rosemary in a large mixing bowl with a large wooden spoon or your hands. 3. Form meat mixture into a large loaf pan, or two small ones. Grate the parmesan cheese, and spread overtop the meatloaf. Bake for an hour and a half, or until the juices run clear.
