Italian-esque Meatloaf

500 grams   Ground Beef
500 grams   Ground Lamb
2   Eggs
3   Green Onions
4 cloves   Garlic
0.25 cup 60 ml   Parsley
0.5 cup 125 ml   Breadcrumbs
2 small   Tomatoes
2 tbsp 30 ml   Rosemary
2 tsp 10 ml   Worcheshire
0.5 tsp 2 ml   each, Salt and Pepper
0.3 cup 90 ml   Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 375*F. Finely chop the tomatoes, garlic, green onions, parsley and rosemary.

2. Mix the two ground meats, breadcrumbs, eggs, worcheshire sauce, salt, pepper, tomatoes, garlic, green onions, parsley and rosemary in a large mixing bowl with a large wooden spoon or your hands.

3. Form meat mixture into a large loaf pan, or two small ones. Grate the parmesan cheese, and spread overtop the meatloaf. Bake for an hour and a half, or until the juices run clear.
