Killer Coleslaw

1. Finely chop the cabbages and the green onions. Toast the sunflower seeds and almonds in a 350F oven for 10-15 minutes, shaking the pan periodically, until golden and crunchy. Combine the vegetables with the seeds and nuts. 2. Shake the rice vinegar, oil and flavouring package together and set aside. Right before serving, break the noodles into small pieces and stir into the salad. Dress the salad and toss to coat.
