Lazy Gourmet Seafood Pasta

The title says it all.

1 lb   Fettucini
1 14 oz   can Clams w/nectar
2 cups   shelled raw prawns
1 cup   mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp   olive oil
3 cloves   minced garlic
2   shallots, diced
pinch   salt and pepper
pinch   cayenne pepper
1 cup   stock
0.25 cup   white wine
0.5 cup   parsley, chopped
2 tbsp   parmesan, grated
2 bunches   spinach, roughly chopped
1. Boil a large pot of salted water. While waiting for water to boil saute garlic and shallots in oil with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

2. Add pasta to boiling water with a dash of olive oil. Add the clams with nectar to the sauteed garlic and spices and bring to a boil, then simmer until liquid has reduced by approximately a third.

3. Add mushrooms, prawns, spinach, and parmesan. Add stock and wine and simmer at a high heat, stirring for about 5 to 10 minutes.

4. Add parsley. Drain pasta and toss with seafood mixture. Serve hot with grated parmesan on top.

Pasta with seafood and a few well placed herbs and spices.
