Lemon Pepper Basil Aioli

2 tbsp 30 ml   Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
2   Garlic Cloves, finely minced
1 tsp 5 ml   Cracked Black Pepper
0.5 cup 125 ml   Mayonnaise
0.25 cup 60 ml   Basil

1. Stir lemon, pepper, mayonnaise, minced garlic, together until very smooth.

2. Wash and gently chop the basil, and stir into the aioli mixture. Serve with steamed asparagus and broccoli, with yam fries, or with salmon cakes.
