Mashed Baby Potatoes with Chevre

1. Rinse potatoes and remove any belmishes. Boil potatoes in their skins, for 15 or so minutes-until very tender when pierced with a fork. 2. Drain the spuds. With a fork roughly mash in goats cheese, butter, lemon juice, and seasonings.
