Matchstick Potatoes

Deep fried goodness.

2   Russet Potatoes
1 sprinkle   Coarse Sea Salt
1 sprinkle   Crushed Pepper
4 tbsp   Oil
1. Cut the potatoes into very thin strips, matchsticks so to speak. Dry them with paper towel.

2. Heat oil in deep pan until hot. Add the potatoes and ensure they do not stick together. Cook for about 7 minutes. Let drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with Faux Steak au Poivre.
