Minted Melon Salad

Cool and refreshing

2 cups 500 ml   Watermelon, diced
1 cup 250 ml   Cantelope, diced
1 cup 250 ml   Honeydew, diced
1   Red Grapefruit, diced
3 tbsp 45 ml   Orange Juice, freshley squeezed
3 tbsp 45 ml   Mint, choped in fine strips
1. Dice the melons and grapefruit and toss together in a large bowl. Squeeze the orange juice, and toss the melons to coat.

2. Finely dice the mint, and stir in. A very simple and nippy breakfast.
