Mojito Burrito


Cilantro Tang

Ingredients
4   Flour Tortillas
2 cups 500 ml   Black Beans
1 cup 250 ml   Ground Beef, cooked
0.5 cup 125 ml   Cilantro, torn
  Juice from one Lime
0.5 cup 125 ml   Feta, crumbled
0.5 cup 125 ml   Cheddar Cheese, grated
0.5 cup 125 ml   Onion, chopped
1 tsp 5 ml   Salt
1 tsp 5 ml   Chili Powder
1 tsp 5 ml   Pepper

 
1. Mix the beans, beef, onions, cilantro, and spices together in a small bowl. Drizzle with lime juice, and stir to combine.

2. Grate the cheddar and crumble the feta. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface, and spoon in a couple tablespoonfuls of beef-bean mixture. Top with a sprinkling of cheddar and feta. Roll the wrap up, and fry over medium heat with a little bit of oil, until the outside of the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
