1. Heat the cheap bottle of red in a large pot over low heat. Do not let it boil. If it boils its spoiled. 2. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon sticks. Add a dash of cloves and Nutmeg to taste. A couple of lemon or orange slices add a nice flavour. The citrus mellows some of the wine's tang.
