Orange Pecan Shortbread

1 cup 250 ml   A.P. Flour
0.5 cup 125 ml   Cornstarch
0.5 cup 125 ml   Icing Sugar
0.75 cup 190 ml   Chopped Pecans
0.75 cup 190 ml   Soft Butter
1 tsp 5 ml   Orange Juice
1 tsp 5 ml   Orange Zest
1. Combine the flour, cornstarch, icing sugar and chopped pecans, stirring them together with a large spoon.

2. Work butter into dry mixture by hand until all is incorporated and a smooth dough forms.

3. Shape dough into a smooth roll (roughly 1.5 inches in diameter). Wrap it in wax paper and chill in the fridge until firm (minimum 4 hours).

4. Cut roll with a knife into thin slices and place on a well greased baking sheet.

5. Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes
