Oriental Salad Dressing
A Vinagrette Alternative

Orange Juice |

Sesame Seeds, toasted |

1. In a small pan, toast sesame seeds over medium heat until they turn a light golden brown colour (around 4-5 minutes). Remove from the heat and set aside. Zest and juice the orange and place juice and zest in a small mixing bowl.
2. Whisk the vegetable oil and soy sauce into the orange juice until they're all combined. Meanwhile, mince the garlic and finely grate the ginger and stir them both into the dressing. Add the sesame seeds, along with a dash of salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Serve over any green salad.
