Peach Studded Pancakes

Yogurt (Vanilla flavoured is dreamy) |

Peaches, sliced |

1. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and soda. Whisk yogurt, eggs, milk and 2 tablespoons of butter together in a smaller bowl. Gradually stir the wet and the dry mixtures together.
2. Finely dice the peaches, and set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and melt a little butter in the bottom (about 2 teaspoons). Spoon some pancake batter onto the hot pan and sprinkle a couple of spoonfuls of peaches onto each pancake. Fry for about 2 minutes per side, and repeat for the remaining batter.
