Pita Chips

  Olive Oil
  Balsamic Vinegar
  Sea salt and cracked Black Pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 350*F. For each 4 Pitas (White or Whole Wheat) use two tablespoons each of Balsamic and Olive Oil.

2. Cut pitas into 6 or 8 triangles. Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar into a large ziplock bag. Place the pitas in the bag, sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper, and shake well.

3. Place the pita triangles evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the triangles are crisp and brown.
