Pizza dough




Ingredients
1 tbsp 15 ml   Dry Yeast
0.25 cup 60 ml   Lukewarm water
1 tbsp 15 ml   Sugar
1 tbsp 15 ml   Shortening
1 tsp 7 ml   Salt
1 cup 250 ml   Boiling water
3 cup 750 ml   Flour
 
1. Mix lukewarm water and sugar together, then add the yeast and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

2. Combine the shortening, salt, boiling water in a large bowl and stir until dissolved. Let sit for 5-10 minutes allowing it to cool.

3. Add the yeast/sugar-water and beat in half of the flour. Add the remaining flour gradually to make soft dough, which leaves the sides of the bowl.

4. Round the dough into a ball and knead for 3-5 minutes.
