Proscuitto Wrapped Strawberries

Ingredients
20   Strawberries
10 thin   Proscuitto Slices (or another dry-cured ham)
0.3 cup 90 ml   Creamy Chevre
  Cracked Black Pepper
2 tsp 10 ml   Balsamic Vinegar
 
1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Toss in a bowl with the (preferably an aged and therefore thicker) balsamic vinegar and a dash of cracked pepper.

2. Cut each thinly sliced proscuitto slice into halves and lay out on a clean surface. Take a teaspoonful of the creamy chevre, and smear onto each strawberry. Place the strawberry onto the end of a proscuitto slice, and roll the strawberry up in the ham. Skewer the roll up with a toothpick. Roll up the remaining strawberries and refriderate if not enjoying immediately.
