Provencal Chicken

4   Chicken breasts
1 cup 250 ml   White Wine (or Rose)
0.5 cup 125 ml   Honey
0.25 cup 60 ml   Olive Oil
4   Garlic Cloves
1 tsp 5 ml   Ground black pepper
1 tsp 5 ml   Pink peppercorns
1.5 tbsp 21 ml   Herbes de Provence mix
0.5 tsp 2 ml   Salt
1. Heat oven to 350 F, and grease a large baking dish.

2. Stir together the wine, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, herbs, peppercorns and spices. Whisk together so its all encorporated and pour into the baking dish.

3. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and place into baking dish, rolling them around in the honey-herbed mixture.

4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until done, and serve with roasted veggies.
