Psuedo Tandoori Chicken

Like Tandoori, but without the 8+ hours of prep.

1 12 oz   bottle of tandoori sauce
1.5 lb   chicken parts
1 tbsp   cumin
1 tbsp   coriander
4 strands   saffton, dissolved
0.25 cup   water
1. Mix together the tandoori sauce, cumin, coriander, and saffron strands dissolved in water. Pour over chicken and evenly coat. Let stand overnight in the refrigerater.

2. Preheat BBQ to about medium. Arrange chicken pieces evenly on grill so they do not touch. Grill for about 20 to 40 minutes depending on whether or not bone-in. Test for doneness by piercing chicken and having clear juices. Serve.

Easy BBQ faux tandoori chicken. Marinated overnight and then good to go.
