Red Snapper with Herbs and Lemon

2   Red Snapper fillets
1 tbps 15 ml   Olive Oil
0.25 cup 60 ml   Chives, diced
0.25 cup 60 ml   Green Onion, diced
1   Lemon
0.5 tsp 2 ml   Dried Thyme
1 tsp 5 ml   Rosemary
3   Garlic cloves
  Salt and Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Drizzle olive oil onto the bottom of a small baking dish.

2. Finely dice garlic, chives and green onions. Place into the baking dish. Salt and pepper the snapper fillets and place into the dish.

3. Juice the lemon, and drizzle the juice ontop of the fish. Sprinkle the herbs over the lemony fish. Stir the fish around a little in the baking dish, so as all the ingredients are mixed up and merrying with the fish.

4. Bake in the oven for 20-ish minutes. The fish should be completely while, and flaky if poked.
