Sausage Tomato Sauce

Splendidly easy

1 can   Tomato Sauce
1 can   Tomato paste
1 package   Sausage (around 5 or 6 sausages), either chorizo, hot or mild Italian
2 cloves   Garlic, minced
1   Onion, chopped
1 cup 250 ml   Mushrooms, chopped
1 small   Zucchini, chopped
1 sprig   fresh Rosemary, or 2 tsp dried
  Salt and Pepper
1. Empty cans of Tomato sauce and paste into medium saucepan, and simmer over medium heat.

2. Chop sausages into inch-ish size pieces. Add to tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Decrease heat, and let simmer.

3. Chop onion, garlic, mushrooms, and zucchini and add to sauce. Simmer sauce until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Roughly tear fresh rosemary with your hands and sprinkle in. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve sauce over bowls of large cooked pasta noodles. Serves 3-4.
