Sauteed Greens with Garlic


A delicious way to get your greens.

Ingredients
1 lb   greens (spinach, kale, arugula, collard, bok choy, swiss chard)
3 cloves   garlic, minced
1   shallot, minced
2 tbsp   white wine
  salt and pepper
1 tbsp   olive oil

 
1. Sort through the greens, washing and removing any deformities. You can tear them into smaller pieces or just leave whole. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté garlic and shallots until soft and fragrant. Add greens and toss using tongs with the white wine, salt and pepper until wilted. Serve immediately.
