Sauteed Greens with Garlic

1. Sort through the greens, washing and removing any deformities. You can tear them into smaller pieces or just leave whole. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté garlic and shallots until soft and fragrant. Add greens and toss using tongs with the white wine, salt and pepper until wilted. Serve immediately. A delicious and simple way to dress up a variety of vegetables. |
